Dr. Steven Weger completed his Bachelor of Science degree in 2013, Master of Science degree in 2015, and Medical Doctorate degree in 2019; at the University of Manitoba. He went on to complete his Family Medicine residency in the Northern Remote stream to obtain his CCFP. His areas of interest include chronic disease prevention and management, mental health, men’s health, fitness, and lifestyle improvement. He holds privileges at HSC and works as a hospitalist on the acute stroke unit and gold surgery unit.

Dr. Ayotunde Dalumo is a dedicated Family Physician with a broad and diverse medical background spanning over a decade. After obtaining his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Ukraine in 2014, he served as a Medical Officer with the Nigerian Air Force, where he developed a strong foundation in clinical medicine and patient care.
In 2018, Dr. Dalumo expanded his professional footprint into the United Kingdom, where he gained extensive experience working with various NHS Trusts across the country. His work included rotations around the Accident & Emergency, Orthopaedic Surgery, and Internal Medicine specialties. In 2020, he further advanced his career by taking on the role of Research Fellow in Gynaecological Oncology in Wales, contributing to academic and clinical advancements in women’s health.
Dr. Dalumo completed his residency in Family Medicine/General Practice in England in 2023 and holds the Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). He brings a patient-centred approach to care, with particular interests in chronic disease management, lifestyle and preventative medicine, musculoskeletal health, mental health, and urgent care.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Dalumo is skilled in procedures such as intra-articular steroid injections and has a strong interest in diabetes care, research, and medical education. He is fluent in English and speaks basic Russian.
Dr. Dalumo is passionate about delivering holistic, compassionate care and supporting individuals and families in achieving long-term health and wellness.

Dr. Brady Murphy After working in a rural Manitoba ER and hospital for several years, I’m looking forward to transitioning back to family medicine. I seek to provide comprehensive care for all people from newborns to those approaching end of life. My training and experience have provided me with a diverse range of skills and tools which provide opportunities to improve health and well-being for all people, regardless of the concern.
I believe in a care model which puts the patient at the centre of the decision making process and I value working together with people to become educated about their health concerns. By working together we are able to develop prevention strategies and treatment options with the shared goal of optimizing health and function.
I am able to provide a wide variety of services and procedures and have a special interest in using point of care ultrasound to assist in identifying and managing health concerns.
I’m looking forward to providing care at IMD Medical Clinic and I strive to create a comfortable and safe environment for all patients.

Dr. Irfan Maqsood brings more than 20 years of medical experience to his patients, with a career spanning Pakistan and the United Kingdom. He completed his medical degree at Dow Medical College in 2003, followed by his post-graduate training in Karachi before moving to the UK.
For nearly two decades, Dr. Maqsood worked within the National Health Service (NHS), gaining broad clinical experience in internal medicine, geriatrics, surgery, orthopaedics, gynecology, emergency medicine, psychiatry, and family medicine. He went on to complete his residency in Family Medicine/General Practice in 2013, earning membership with the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP).
Dr. Maqsood holds advanced diplomas in Women’s Health (DRCOG) and Sexual & Reproductive Health (DFSRH). His special interests include women’s health, mental health, chronic disease management, musculoskeletal problems, men’s health, pediatrics, and elderly care. He also has experience with joint injection procedures, diabetes management, and patient education.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Maqsood is passionate about teaching and mentoring. He has supported medical students and allied health professionals throughout his career, sharing his knowledge and commitment to patient-centered care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Maqsood enjoys playing cricket, hockey, and table tennis. He also has a keen interest in cosmology, often reading or watching documentaries on the subject. In his personal life, he loves traveling with family and friends to explore new parts of the world.
Dr. Maqsood is fluent in English and Urdu and also speaks Punjabi and Hindi, helping him connect with patients in the languages they are most comfortable with.

Dr. Montgomery grew up in Winnipeg after moving from Southern Ontario at a young age.
She completed her doctorate of medicine in 2011 and her residency in family medicine in 2013 both at the University of Manitoba.
Since graduating, she has practiced comprehensive family medicine in the Transcona area and has held local medical leadership roles.
With years of experience in practice, she combines strong medical expertise with genuine empathy, earning the trust and loyalty of her patients.

Dr. Montgomery provides comprehensive family medicine care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to palliative care, but is especially passionate about mental health, women’s health and preventative medicine.
She is widely regarded for her ability to listen carefully, explain complex issues clearly, and partner with patients in their care. She is a strong advocate for her patients and is dedicated to ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Montgomery loves the outdoors, especially in the summer, spending time near a lake as much as possible. She especially loves paddleboarding and hiking. Most of her time outside of work is spent caring for her three young boys, who keep her quite busy.

Dr. Julia Ojemolon completed her medical degree in Nigeria in 2011 and began her career working across a range of healthcare settings, gaining broad and diverse experience in multiple areas of medicine.
With a strong commitment to continuous learning and high standards of patient care, she continued her professional training in the United Kingdom. She completed her residency in General Practice and Family Medicine in 2023 and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
Dr. Ojemolon provides care across pediatrics, internal medicine, urgent care, accident and emergency, women’s health, men’s health, and mental health. This wide scope allows her to support patients through every stage of life.
She is known for her warm, approachable, and compassionate manner, and places great importance on building trusting relationships with her patients. Her clinical approach focuses on holistic care, preventive medicine, and supporting individuals in the long term management of chronic conditions.

Dr. Yohannes Teferi obtained his medical doctorate at the University of Manitoba and completed his Family Medicine residency through the University of Manitoba’s Northern Remote stream, earning Certification in the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP).
Dr. Teferi is passionate about chronic disease prevention and management, with a strong focus on providing comprehensive, patient-centred care across the continuum of health. He divides his practice between community-based family medicine and inpatient care, working as a hospitalist at Selkirk Regional Health Centre, where he also holds an Associate Medical Staff appointment.
Through his dual roles in both outpatient and inpatient medicine, Dr. Teferi brings a broad, integrated perspective to patient care, with an emphasis on continuity, evidence-based practice, and optimizing long-term health outcomes.
