As a registered social worker and psychotherapist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families through meaningful, client-centred care.
I am especially passionate about working with clients experiencing depression and anxiety, helping them build resilience and rediscover a sense of hope.
In addition to these areas, I support individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including ADHD, stress, grief, life transitions, emotional regulation, and relationship difficulties. Grounded in a trauma-informed lens, my approach integrates attachment theory, person-centered and strengths-based frameworks, along with mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques.
I am committed to fostering strong, supportive therapeutic relationships and thrive in environments where authentic connection drives healing and growth.
With a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing professional development, I provide a safe, empathetic space where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and transform.

I am a Registered Social Worker offering a trauma-informed and integrative approach to supporting children, youth, and adults. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies, and a Master of Social Work, I bridge individual healing with interpersonal and relational understanding, tailoring therapy to meet each client where they are.
I draw from evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)—to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. I also integrate Narrative Therapy to help clients externalize problems and examine the stories that shape their identities, empowering them to reclaim authorship of their lives and move toward a preferred future.
My practice is grounded in the understanding that emotional distress is often rooted in past experiences and patterns of nervous system dysregulation. Central to my work is creating a safe, attuned, and regulated therapeutic space where clients feel deeply seen and understood. Through developing emotional regulation skills, self-awareness, and self-compassion, I support clients in moving beyond survival toward greater stability, connection, and lasting resilience.

Are you fatigued of battling in an endless loop, feeling helpless and angry, waking up in the middle of the night, experiencing flashbacks and anxiety, and feeling exhausted, depressed, and hopeless? Do you find your water glass always overflowing, no matter what you do to alleviate the stress that is occurring in your life.
Have you commenced using negative coping mechanisms such as alcohol, Netflix, food or narcotics to numb away the pain that you’re experiencing on a daily basis. Sometimes life throws us wicked curveballs, testing our strength and weaknesses, where we often feel like we are constantly stuck in a dark place feeling hopeless. I would love to walk alongside you and help you build and gain the strength and confidence to defeat life’s battles.
With my empathetic, non-judgmental and helping personality, I am able to create a safe environment for you to feel comfortable in this journey. Through my own personal experience, I know that life can be cruel, but there is always a helping hand that will guide you out of the darkest days. I highly value therapeutic relationships and believe it is the key to making the journey easier. I am here to help you build resilience, to connect with your emotions, reprocess your trauma and regain your sense of self that has been lost in your traumatic experiences.
I hold two master’s degrees, one in Psychology from the United Kingdom and a master’s in counselling psychology from Canada. I have four years experience working with incarcerated youth and applying CBT. I also have experience using other interventions such as SFBT, EFT, TF-CBT, Client-Centred approach and others. Finally, I have my training certification for clinical interventions for cPTSD such as EMDR and am bilingual in French and English.
Choosing to start your journey and choosing the perfect person to experience those dark moments with, can be frightening. Life’s a climb, but the view is great, and hopefully I can be the one to show you that.
